Information Disclosure

Our corporate governance principles are based on the Russian Corporate Governance Code recommended by the Russian government, as well as on the Russian law on disclosure.

Additionally Elecsnet is today the only Russian IFRS audited payment terminals player. The company’s financials are audited by Grant Thornton Trid.

Under the Russian law, the following documents are obligatory for disclosure by joint stock companies:

  • Annual reports;
  • Annual accounting reports;
  • Charters and other internal documents related to the company set-up and regulating its bodies;
  • Affiliated entities.
