Yuri Maltsev

Yuri Maltsev has more than 20 years of financial and banking experience. From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Maltsev was head of the department of methodology and organization of clearing transactions at the Central Bank of Russia. In 2000, with his colleague Sergey Kuzin, presently Chairman of the Board of Elecsnet, he started implementing the idea of cash collection terminals through the establishment of Elecsnet.

First Deputy Chief Executive Officer

Nikolay Redko has more than 15 years of financial and banking experience. Mr. Redko started working in the Interbank Financial House (MFD) at the beginning of the 1990s and became head of the organization in 1996 to hold that post since then. In 1999, he was elected a Board member of the Russian Banks’ Association, and in 2000 became Chairman of the Moscow Banking Union.

Sergey Kuzin

Chairman of the Board

Sergey Kuzin has more than 20 years of financial and banking experience. Starting his professional development as an engineer, Mr. Kuzin thereafter moved to banking where he specialized in credit card management first at Avtobank and then at Union Card. Mr. Kuzin gained top management experience in banking as Chairman of the Board at the Moscow Bank of Reconstruction and Development and as advisor to Chairman at MDM, a major Russian bank.

The list of banks in which Mr. Lokotsov held senior posts includes: Technobank, Moscow Clearing Center and the Interbank Financial House (MFD). Currently he combines the position of CEO at the Moscow Clearing Center and CEO at Elecsnet.

Alexander Poltavsky

Alexander Poltavsky has extensive managerial experience gained from running own companies and being a Board member at Elecsnet since 2001. Presently Alexander Poltavsky is a Board member of five companies in total.

Gleb Davidyuk

Member of the Board

Partner at Mint Capital. Gleb Davidyuk joined Mint Capital in April 2005 with more than 14 years of previous private equity experience in both Western and Russian funds. Prior to Mint Capital Mr. Davidyuk worked for more than 5 years as Managing Director at Alfa Capital Partners — a private equity fund sponsored by Alfa Bank.

Ulf Persson

Member of the Board

Co-founder and Managing Partner of Mint Capital. Prior to founding Mint Capital, Ulf Persson was in charge of private equity investments at Brunswick, including two years as Managing Director of the $300 million AIG and Brunswick-sponsored Millennium Fund.

Oliver Hughes

Member of the Board

Presently Mr. Hughes is the President of Tinkoff Credit Systems bank, the post he has been holding since 2007. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Hughes was Head of Visa in Russia. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2006, Oliver Hughes was Business Development Director of Visa in Russia. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Hughes held the position of Authorization and Risk Control Manager of Visa CEMEA.
